Out hotel closes for an indefinite period due COVID-19
We are sorry to inform our guests that due to the coronavirus epidemic affecting the whole country, the Gyopárosfürdő Spa, Park and Adventure Bath will be closed indefinitely from March 17, 2020! We would like to reassure you in advance that the management of Napsugár Hotel attaches great importance to the interests of its guests! In the current situation, we do not charge a cancellation or modification fee for the bookings for the period in question!
In practice, this means that in case of no-show you can choose from the following:
- Modification of an existing reservation at a later date
- Cancellation of the reservation and refund of any fees paid
Although you can choose between both options, we would like to ask you to choose to change your booking time if possible, thus helping our hotel!
Due to the ordered closure, you will be able to reach our hotel by email. The change and possible cancellation can be easily documented in an email for both you and our hotel!
